World’s Bendiest Women - Zlata

Russian born former gymnast Julia Guenthel, 27, has been dubbed the world's bendiest woman. The blonde bombshell, who performs under the stage name Zlata, can twist her body into the most mind-boggling poses imaginable and has broken several world records for her flexibility.

Zlata who is 5ft 8in now lives in Germany and trains every day to keep her muscles in shape. She won a Guinness World Records for The fastest time to burst three balloons with the back which she did in 12 seconds in Cologne, Germany, on 23 November 2007. According to the blonde she spends most of her day working out and training for shows around the world.
