Indian Youth Addicted To Eat Insects
Peter, a 23 year-old man from Indian state of Tamil Nadu, has a different set of taste buds and munches on earthworms, termites, grasshoppers, cockroaches and termites for breakfast and lunch.
"When I was a child I used to play with insects a lot, but later I started to eat small insects. In the beginning, my family members use to scold me, but this practice of eating insects has turned into an addiction. Presently, I eat 364 varieties of insects, but I want to increase my number to 564 and also increase my varieties. I plan to create a new Guinness world record by eating one kilogram of earthworms in ten minutes," said Peter.
Though, there seems to be a lot of confusion and debate concerning the poison in insects and lizards, Peter seems to believe insects and lizards if eaten alive do not cause any harm to the body. His unusual addiction seems to amaze both his family and friends.
